Who We Are
With 25 years experience as a chef around Otago and Southland, I’ve always appreciated the importance of seasonal locally grown produce.
I started my journey as a grower with my own home garden. Experimenting with different crops and growing methods, ultimately expanding to the artisanal market garden I grow today.
You’ll find me and my produce at Cromwell’s Produce and Craft Market every Sunday between Labour Weekend and Easter.
There is so much possibility in every fruit and vegetable from the humble potato to a punnet of lush ripe raspberries. I aim to give you more than just the fruit and vegetables I grow. But ideas for how to use and enjoy more plants in your diet – whether you’re a committed vegetarian or a meat eater.
Every week at the Cromwell Farmer’s Market I demonstrate delicious simple recipes using what’s best in my garden that you can see, try and then make at home.
