About us
Who We Are

Gabi is the face of The Kitchen Garden, the chef, teacher, baker, grower, delivery driver and stall holder.
If you don’t find in her in her kitchen or garden, she’ll be out walking their many dogs, getting her caffeine fix or in a yoga class.
She has 25 years experience as a chef around NZ and the world, and knows that our beautiful backyard brings so much to the table. Central Otago’s bounty of fruits and vegetables and artisan food producers are hard to beat!

Hannah is The Kitchen Garden’s behind the scenes queen. She’s the cheerleader, the internet whizz, the wordsmith and beautiful assistant.
She’s the better half of Gabi’s youngest brother and if she’s not tapping away on a keyboard you’ll find her in the pool, at a wedding (need a celebrant? She’s your lady!) or colouring in with her two girls.
She’s a keen home cook, long time A&P Show baking section entrant and very happy taste tester!
