Pastry Class

2.5 – 4.5 hours

Homemade pastry is something special! Our pastry class takes away the mystique and gives you the techniques you need to know to make a wide range of pastries.

We’ll demonstrate 2 – 4 pastries depending on your budget and time frame.

Options can include:

• Flaky pastry
• Choux pastry (eclairs and profiteroles)
• Sweet pastry
• Enriched dough (brioche)
• Shortcrust pastry

Once the demonstration is over you’ll enjoy a light lunch featuring a selection of pastry items (and some lighter dishes!)

Minimum 10, Maximum 16 people. $85 – $100 per person
